FarmX Acquires Amos Power
FarmX Raises New Funding to Build a Data-Driven AI Agriculture Platform at Global Scale
TULARE, Calif., February 2026 — FarmX today announced the acquisition of Amos Power, a developer of fully electric autonomous tractor technology, along with additional funding to accelerate the global deployment of its AI-powered farming platform. The acquisition advances FarmX’s strategy to deliver a vertically integrated, data-driven agriculture system that combines artificial intelligence, machine learning, autonomy, and electric farm equipment. By integrating Amos Power’s electric tractor platform with FarmX’s computer vision, machine learning, and autonomy stack, the company is building an end-to-end AI agriculture platform designed to operate continuously, learn from every field operation, and improve performance over time. The combined system leverages real-time perception, sensor fusion, and crop-level analytics to enable autonomous navigation, task execution, and intelligent decision-making across a wide range of farming environments.
“In a world being reshaped by AI, we are building a truly data-driven AI agriculture platform,” said Tushar Dave, Chief Executive Officer of FarmX. “By combining electric autonomous machinery with FarmX’s AI, machine learning, and vision-based intelligence, we are creating systems that don’t just automate tasks, but learn from the farm, adapt to changing conditions, and continuously optimize how food is produced.” For existing Amos Power customers, the integration significantly expands autonomous capabilities beyond GPS-dependent workflows.
FarmX’s AI-driven perception enables reliable navigation, obstacle detection, row following, and task automation in orchards, vineyards, row crops, indoor operations, and other GPS-challenged environments, while continuously generating data to improve future performance. Alongside the acquisition, FarmX secured new funding to support platform integration, expand customer support, and scale manufacturing and global deployments. The company has expanded its international footprint across India, Japan, and Australia, and has established strategic partnerships for high-volume manufacturing worldwide, enabling localized production and accelerated global rollout as demand increases. FarmX expects integrated production deployments to follow a unified development roadmap beginning in 2026.
